The CITYOF WEST SACRAMENTO . . . (C.O.W.S) . . . therefore our Parks & Rec mascot is a cow (named Mooie). This illustrated version of Mooie was plotted on aluminum (by Brownies of Sacramento) using UV resistant inks to measure kids who must be 48" tall to ride the slide.
